What is going on INSIDE of that bubble of yours?
Do you have internal safety? Or is it a hostile environment?
Do you KNOW what is ok and not ok, your thoughts, feelings beliefs… do you really, truly know who you are?
Are your boundaries clear or diffuse? Rigid or Non existent?
In what areas are they more clear and what areas are they diffuse?
Is it different with certain people, environments or situations?
